Cancellations & Refunds
All sales made are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please read the product descriptions for sizing and specifications carefully before making a purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
In the event where an order contains incorrect items, or items with manufacturing errors and defects, we will do our best to offer exchanges, replacements (as long as stock is available) or a refund as appropriate.
Email [email protected] your order number, clear photos of the defect(s), and describe as best you can what the issue is so that we can work on resolving it! Shipping of the replacement item will be fully covered if the mistake was made on our end.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order products are made to order and are charged at the time of purchase, not when the order ships. For estimated shipping dates, please check the product listing's description.
Production times may vary, but usually take 2-4 months from the start of a pre-order before the products reach our address. If you're unable to wait, please do not place an order.
Products purchased under the same order number will not be shipped separately. Exceptions may be made if an order has to be split up into multiple packages to stay within the size and weight restrictions of a single package.
Any attempts at chargeback disputes due to the lack of shipment regarding pre-order items before the stated estimated shipment date (subjected to changes with notice) will be fought back against as you have agreed to these terms upon purchase. By filing or threatening to file a chargeback due to unreasonable expectations and demands, the customer will be blacklisted regardless of the outcome of the dispute.
Shipping
All international orders are tracked and shipped from Singapore via Singpost and will be passed on to the destination country's postal service for further processing after customs clearance. To avoid missing deliveries, buyers are suggested to regularly keep track of their order's delivery status at: singpost.com/track-items and/or parcelsapp.com/en/tracking
For orders to USA, Canada, Australia and China, Singpost's tracking updates stop upon arrival at the destination country. If 1 to 2 weeks have passed since 'arrival at destination post' is shown on Singpost's tracking page and your order has not been delivered, please contact your post office as soon as possible with your tracking number to inquire about the delivery status.
Orders lost in transit cannot be replaced or refunded out of pocket as mishandling by the destination country's postal service is outside of our control. Always check with your local post office or customs first to see if the package was misplaced, or if they require tax (if any) to be paid prior to delivery.
Taxes
This store does not collect and remit tax on purchases made from this website. International customers acknowledge and understand that they will be responsible for any customs duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), or Goods and Services Tax (GST) that may be incurred by their purchase. Please check your country's import laws for the prevailing tax rate for online store purchases.
Failure to pay any incurred taxes in a timely manner will result in your package being forwarded back to me. In such cases, we can resend your order as long as the shipping fee to redeliver it is paid for.
